Career Development Program

The Career Development Program (CDP) builds bridges between New York City public high schools and the City’s $21 billion creative industry by providing students with school-to-career preparation and work experience.  Our 13-week internship program offers students the opportunity to work at some of the city’s top cultural organizations and creative businesses.  Since 1999, the program has matched over 500 promising students with organizations including the Rockwell Group, Alvin Ailey, American Dance Theater, and The Broadway League
